Yes, until it ships. Write from Contact with the order number and we will stop it. Once a courier is booked, the return path applies instead.

Subscribe with your email at the bottom of the home page and we send you a welcome code worth 10% off. It applies to orders over ₹299, takes up to ₹150 off, and can be used once per customer. Enter it in the discount box on the checkout summary.

Shipping is across India, wherever the courier serves the PIN. Checkout will say so before you pay if a PIN is not serviceable. For a shipment abroad, write from Contact.

Prepaid orders over ₹699 ship free. Below that, delivery is the live quote for your PIN, or ₹60, whichever is lower. Cash on delivery is never free — the courier collection fee is in the delivery charge shown at checkout.

We pack in 1–2 working days. The delivery day for your PIN is shown at checkout before you pay.

Ask within 10 days of delivery, with the pack sealed and the labels on. Opened or used pouches cannot come back. Write from Contact for a Return Authorization number before you send anything.

We cover the return and replace or refund it. Photograph the pack, then write from Contact with your order number. Do not throw the pouch away until we have seen it.

Yes. Distributors, retailers, and kitchens can write from Contact. Choose Partnership and tell us which channel. The terms differ. The standard in the pack does not.
