Farm to kitchen

How a pack is made

A linear journey · each step earns the next. Nothing is skipped.

  1. Farmer holding freshly harvested turmeric roots

    01Source

    Direct from India’s finest farms

We buy from named farms, never open market lots. Every batch traces to one field and one harvest week.

  2. Spice samples and vials on a quality control bench

    02Test

    Purity checked before we grind

FSSAI licensed. Every lot is lab tested for purity so nothing harmful moves to the next step.

  3. Bowls of turmeric, chilli, and cumin, cold ground

    03Grind

    Cold ground, the FLAVR breakthrough

Heat destroys aroma. We grind slow and cool so the oils stay in the powder, not in the air.

  4. Three brass bowls of turmeric, chilli, and cumin lined up for inspection

    04Check

    Three gates, then it ships

Aroma, colour, and particle size · all three must pass before a single pouch is filled.

  5. Sealed FLAVR pouches with heat-sealed tops and batch information

    05Pack

    Sealed fresh, stays fresh

Airtight, tamper evident packs with batch information on every pouch.

  6. Red chilli powder falling into a brass kadhai of dal

    06Deliver

    Careful, to your door

The quality we built in every earlier step arrives intact · ready for the pan.

A stone mill cold-grinding turmeric and red chilli into powder

The breakthrough

Cold grinding changes everything

Traditional mills heat the spice and fade the colour. We grind slow and cool · the oils stay in the powder, not in the air.
