FLAVR, a brand of Bhavya Food Industries, maintains a comprehensive return and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations. This policy governs all return and refund transactions for products purchased through our official website and authorized channels.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria
Products are eligible for return subject to the following conditions:
- Return Window: Return authorization must be requested within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery
- Product Condition: Items must remain in original, unopened, factory-sealed condition
- Packaging Requirements: Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact and undamaged
- Documentation: Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided
- Acceptable Reasons: Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, shipping errors, or product quality issues
3. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned without original packaging, seals, or labels

- Items that have been modified, altered, or tampered with (including but not limited to: opened seals, removed labels, repackaged products, or any unauthorized modifications to the product or its packaging)
4. Return Authorization Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must follow the established return authorization process:

- Submit Required Information: Provide order number, product details, quantity, and reason for return
- Receive Return Authorization: Upon approval, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued via email. Note: RA stands for Return Authorization - a unique reference number required for processing returns.
- Prepare Return Shipment: Package the product securely in original packaging, including the Return Authorization (RA) number clearly visible on the exterior of the package
- Ship to Designated Facility: Return the package to the address provided with your Return Authorization using a trackable shipping method
- Receive Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation upon receipt and inspection of the returned item
5. Return Shipping and Logistics
Return Shipping Cost Allocation:
- Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage: Return shipping costs are borne by FLAVR
- Order Fulfillment Errors: Return shipping costs are borne by FLAVR when incorrect products are shipped
- Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Return Facility Address: The designated return facility address will be provided with your Return Authorization documentation
6. Refund Processing Procedures
Upon receipt and verification of returned merchandise, the following refund process applies:
- Quality Inspection: Returned items undergo quality inspection within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Refund Authorization: Upon approval, refund authorization is processed immediately
- Processing Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from approval
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Financial Institution Processing: Additional processing time of 3-5 business days may be required by the customer's financial institution
Important: Refund processing timelines are subject to variation based on payment method and financial institution policies. Credit card refunds may require 1-2 billing cycles to appear on customer statements.
7. Product Exchange Policy
FLAVR does not currently offer direct product exchanges. Customers seeking alternative products may:
- Initiate a return following the standard return authorization procedure
- Place a separate order for the desired product through our standard ordering process
- Contact customer service for expedited handling of exchanges related to defective or incorrectly shipped items
8. Defective or Damaged Product Resolution
In the event of receipt of damaged or defective merchandise, the following protocol applies:
- Notification Requirement: Customers must notify FLAVR within 48 hours of delivery
- Documentation Requirements: Photographic evidence of damage or defect must be provided
- Resolution Options: FLAVR will provide product replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items are borne by FLAVR
- Processing Priority: Claims for damaged or defective products receive priority processing
9. Order Fulfillment Error Resolution
In cases where incorrect products are shipped due to fulfillment errors:
- Customers must contact customer service immediately with order number and product discrepancy details
- FLAVR will expedite shipment of the correct product at no additional cost
- Return shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items are borne by FLAVR
- At FLAVR's discretion, customers may retain incorrectly shipped items if return shipping costs exceed product value
